Job Description

This focuses on agile working, transparency, and creating value within multi-year programs.

This role is crucial in communicating progress to senior leaders and involves reporting on program milestones, objectives, and removing barriers for programme teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver executive-level change portfolio reporting on health, spend, risks, interdependencies, OKRs, and benefits/outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality through meticulous interrogation and coordination with key partners.
  • Establish clear data standards and validation rules to create a trusted source of information.
  • Design and implement robust data capture processes to maintain high-quality project and portfolio-level information.
  • Monitor and maintain continuous data quality and control frameworks, addressing gaps promptly.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify emerging risks and trends, enabling timely intervention.
  • Champion the adoption of project management tools and identify automation opportunities to enhance data reliability.
  • Design and deliver interactive dashboards for executive stakeholders, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
  • Facilitate logistics and documentation for decision-making forums like the Decision Forum and Investment Review Board.
  • Drive governance process adoption across the change portfolio through clear communication and training.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of mandatory artefacts to aid timely project life cycle progression.
  • Monitor project performance against objectives and financial metrics, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Coordinate executive-level meetings, ensuring timely delivery of meeting materials.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in PMO and governance with a focus on data management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and data analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in wealth management and transformation programs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in using AI and modern analytics tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with the process delivery excellence in related fields.
