This is a strategic role focused on bringing together requirements from across multiple programmes and portfolios, translating future delivery needs into clear, integrated plans that support investment, operational and business objectives.

  • Using market and industry intelligence to inform future delivery approaches and operating models
  • Supporting governance, investment approvals and business case development
  • Identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities across major capital programmes
  • Driving collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and successful delivery outcomes

We're keen to speak with individuals who have experience supporting large-scale capital investment programmes and asset portfolios, bringing together future delivery requirements, stakeholder priorities and long-term investment planning into a clear and deliverable strategy.

You'll likely have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Programme Management
  • Portfolio Management
  • PMO Leadership
  • Strategic Planning
  • Capital Delivery
  • Asset Management
  • Business Transformation
  • Infrastructure Delivery
  • Investment Planning

You will also be able to demonstrate:

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior level

The ability to translate complex information into clear strategic direction

Experience working across multiple business functions and delivery teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

An excellent understanding of the commercial considerations that underpin major capital investment programmes, including delivery models, market capability, investment planning and supplier engagement

Experience within infrastructure, engineering, transport, energy, utilities, or other asset-intensive environments would be highly advantageous.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how a significant capital investment programme is delivered over the coming years, influencing strategic decisions, investment priorities and programme outcomes at scale.

For professionals who enjoy operating at the intersection of strategy, transformation, portfolio planning and delivery, this offers a genuinely interesting and high-impact challenge.
