Summary: The Portfolio Analyst role at an award-winning audio company involves conducting market research and competitor analysis to support product launches. The position requires collaboration with global teams and local stakeholders to ensure timely and effective product adaptations. The ideal candidate will have experience in product portfolio management, particularly in the toys or kids' entertainment sector, and will be proficient in data analysis and project management tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that global requirements are effectively adapted to the local market.
- Oversee key milestones in the portfolio launch plans, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure each product is ready to launch on time.
- Work with the marketing, sales and finance and ops teams in the UK to support Go-To-Market and ensure timely product launches.
- Maintain portfolio and product overviews, using project management tools to track progress and communicate updates.
- Help align the UK product portfolio with global goals, while considering local market trends and customer needs.
- Confirm that key steps including forecasting, marketing initiatives and product ranges drive portfolio growth.
Key Skills:
- Experience in product portfolio management, ideally within toys or the kid’s entertainment sector.
- Confidence in managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle planning and SKU tracking is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

THE ROLE
As a Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting market research and competitor analysis working closely alongside Global teams across product, content and licensing.

- Oversee key milestones in the portfolio launch plans, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure each product is ready to launch on time.
- Work with the marketing, sales and finance and ops teams in the UK to support Go-To-Market and ensure timely product launches.

THE PERSON
Experience in product portfolio management is desirable, ideally within toys or the kid’s entertainment sector. You should be confident in managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional projects.
