Summary: The Interim Population Health Management Analyst role focuses on embedding Population Health Management (PHM) approaches within the London Borough and Integrated Care System. The position requires analytical expertise to bridge public health intelligence with NHS data for effective service planning. The analyst will support the development of PHM methodologies and promote collaboration among various stakeholders to enhance health outcomes. This is a hybrid role based in London, classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- The postholder will bridge public health intelligence and NHS data-led service planning, enabling the design, targeting, and evaluation of interventions that reduce health inequalities, improve outcomes, and enhance patient experience
- They will use existing datasets to support segmentation, forecasting, and equity audits, while preparing the system for future linked data capabilities
- Support the development of PHM methodology in line with local, regional, and national priorities
- Ensure PHM intelligence aligns with Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) priorities, NHS planning, and ICS strategies
- Promote collaboration across council, NHS, and voluntary sector partners to maximise shared learning and avoid duplication

Interim Population Health Management Analyst

Length: 6 months
The Interim Population Health Management Analyst will provide dedicated analytical capacity to embed Population Health Management (PHM) approaches across the London Borough and the Integrated Care System (ICS) at place level.
