Summary: The Pod Lead for Data & Analytics will oversee a team within the UK Chief Data & Analytics Office, focusing on data platforms, products, and migration. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver projects effectively in a global matrix organization. The position is a 12-month contract based in Sheffield, with a requirement for 2 to 3 days onsite work each week. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pods in a global matrix organization.
- Manage data platforms, data products, and data migration projects.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from ExCo to analysts.
- Utilize Agile methodologies, preferably with SAFe certification.
- Communicate and present effectively to various audiences.
