Summary: The PMO position focuses on supporting remediation efforts related to a 2020 Consent Order within the banking sector. The role involves various project management tasks, including documentation, reporting, and coordination of project activities. Candidates will also engage in issue resolution, dependency management, and meeting facilitation as the role evolves. The position requires maintaining daily reports on key performance indicators and project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document tracking, scheduling meetings, and recording meeting minutes
- Assisting with the submission of updates to meet reporting requirements
- Coordinating project activities, maintaining project plans, status reports, and RAID logs
- Identifying and resolving issues and risks
- Tracking and managing project dependencies
- Planning and facilitating working group meetings
- Maintaining daily reports on UAT test results, KPIs, trade inventory bookings, defect discovery rates, and progress burndowns
Key Skills:
- Project management experience
