Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the coordination of large-scale transformation programmes
- Producing and managing board-level reporting and programme packs
- Engaging with senior stakeholders and managing expectations across multiple priorities
- Conducting project assurance activities, including oversight of risks, plans, and progress
- Maintaining governance standards and supporting Waterfall delivery frameworks
- Bringing structure and organisation to a busy, multi-project environment
Key Skills:
- Strong experience within a PMO or programme support environment
- Background supporting transformation projects
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations
- Experience preparing high-quality reports and board packs
- Good understanding of Waterfall project management principles
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
