Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and maintain Change Management governance, processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Assist Project Managers in following frameworks and best practices, escalating issues as required.
  • Support deployment of the Change Management Framework and provide guidance to stakeholders.
  • Monitor programme and project progress, budgets, risks, and compliance.
  • Track and report on governance, financial trends, and post-project review actions.
  • Administer project management tools, ensuring accuracy, optimising functionality, and promoting best practice.
  • Foster a culture of progress and adaptability across the Change community.
  • Build strong relationships with project teams and senior stakeholders, maintaining positivity under pressure.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Management Office or as a project professional within Financial Services, Wealth, or Asset Management.
  • Strong experience supporting Change Management or PMO functions.
  • Confident working independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required; Power BI skills preferred.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
