Summary: We are looking for a DV Cleared PMO Specialist to support a secure project, focusing on governance, planning, and the successful delivery of critical programmes in a regulated environment. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills. The position is hybrid and offers a six-month contract outside of IR35 regulations. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to governance frameworks and quality management processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure governance frameworks and quality management processes are followed across all project phases.
• Oversee planning and resource management, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Act as the key point of contact for stakeholder engagement, building strong internal and external relationships.
• Lead change management initiatives, ensuring governance compliance and effective project transitions.
• Confidently run governance meetings and handle queries related to delivery methods and assurance.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in project governance and assurance, with a solid understanding of delivery best practices.
• A recognised PMO or assurance qualification (eg, P3O, PRINCE2, MSP, APM).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, ensuring clarity in reporting and decision-making.
• Experience working within secure or highly regulated environments.
