Summary: The role of PMO SAP S/4HANA FICO involves supporting a major transformation program in the London area, requiring strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver projects across the UK and Asia Pac region.
- Create reports, project plans, and provide strong budget understanding.
- Oversee procurement-related processes including P2P, tendering, and sourcing.
- Understand how each process overlaps with procurement and ensure alignment.
- Work with P2P requisitions that interface with finance and contracts.
- Provide updates and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple divisions.
- Educate and advise the steering committee on risks, red flags, requirements, and project progress.
- Participate in huddles and cross-functional meetings to support project implementation.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years in procurement, including end-to-end procurement experience.
- At least 2 end-to-end transformation projects delivered.
- Strong PMO background with deep understanding of procurement, P2P, and sourcing.
- Proven experience in S/4HANA, as well as large SaaS implementations.
- Exposure to solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, Jaeger, and other procurement platforms.
- Strong project management capability with the ability to work across multiple teams.

About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with multiple teams to drive delivery activities, support governance, and provide critical oversight across procurement, P2P, sourcing, and both direct and indirect spend.
