Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and manage the overall programme planning and execution.
- Ensure alignment with business goals while managing risks and dependencies.
- Engage with and manage stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear definition of transformation initiatives.
- Identify and manage programme risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Manage the programme budget, tracking benefits in line with costs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor programme progress.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the BMG Executive Board and Executive Leadership Team.

As the Programme Manager for Group’s Corporate Centre Transformation Programme, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering a comprehensive transformation plan aimed at modernising and optimising the corporate centre’s operations.
Key responsibilities
Programme Management: Co-ordinate and manage the overall programme planning and execution. Ensure alignment with business goals while managing risks and dependencies.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with and manage stakeholders at all levels to ensure the transformation initiatives are clearly defined with a pathway to delivery.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage programme risks and issues, working with transformation teams to implement mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution.
Financial Management: Manage the programme budget, ensuring that identified benefits are tracked and delivered in line with associated costs.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor programme progress and performance. Provide regular updates and reports to the BMG Executive Board and Executive Leadership Team.
Qualifications and Skills
