Summary: The PMO Professional role is focused on supporting the People & HR Service Delivery function by facilitating project delivery and change initiatives. This position is critical for establishing a Programme Management Office that ensures effective strategy execution for People & Culture. The role involves stakeholder management, training support, and project management to enhance colleague experiences and operational efficiency. The position is hybrid based in Bristol and requires adherence to inside IR35 regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project delivery, ensuring adherence to agreed criteria.
- Engage with key stakeholders and recipients of change to ensure seamless project deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.
- Support the preparation, running, and close out of events to track completion and measure success.
- Manage standardisation control of HR process documents.
- Support change initiatives such as training and communication for project success.
- Create materials for education and training, including visual aids.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed business deliverables.
- Adapt to changing business priorities and work with ambiguity.
- Develop and manage internal communications and engagement campaigns.
Key Skills:
- Proven project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Strong written and communication skills for presenting and facilitating meetings.
- Experience in developing internal communications and engagement campaigns.
- Understanding of HR processes and systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in change management and colleague experience management.
- Ability to work flexibly and resiliently in changing environments.

It serves as the primary gateway for all HR needs for colleagues and people managers, it focuses on efficiency and colleague experience by seamlessly running full employment cycle processes as part of the People and HR Service function, we deliver vital HR services that enable outstanding colleague experiences for all.
The primary goal of this role is to support delivery of projects and change across People & HR Service Delivery.
This role will be critical to creating the Programme Management Office to support the delivery of strategy for People & Culture (P&C). Ensuring standardised and robust approaches are optimised across the teams that ensure progress is known and delivery is managed with minimal risk and minimal shadow resource.

Support Project Delivery:
- Collaborate with internal teams and help support in delivering projects, ensuring adherence to agreed criteria.
Stakeholder Management:
- Support to engage with key stakeholders and recipients of change, including internal functions, teams, colleagues, and external third parties, to ensure seamless project deliverables into the operational People & HR Service Delivery environment.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.
- Continuous Improvement operating system
- Support the preparation, running and close out of events to track event completion, deployment of improvements and measurement of success.
- Lead responsibility for standardisation control and management of HR process documents (including process flows, standard work, maturity matrices)
- Work closely with the Leads to create standard documentation.
Change Implementation:
- Support in change initiatives such as training, communication, and change enablement to support project success.
- Help to ensure that change initiatives are effectively integrated into the operational environment.
Training and Education programmes:
- Support the creation of materials to provide education and training.
- Create visual training aids and reminders.
Project Management:
- Proven ability to help ensure timely delivery of project within agreed business deliverables.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a high-pressured environment.
- Expertise in Project scoping and planning.
Adaptability and Flexibility:
- Ability to take a flexible approach to meeting business priorities, resilient in working with ambiguity in changing environments.
Communication skills:
- Good written & communication skills, with ability to present and facilitate meetings.
- Experience in developing and managing internal communications and engagement campaigns in projects-ability to communicate complicated, multi-faceted plans to wide range of audiences in a simple and engaging way.
Preferred:
- Understanding of HR process / systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors) and policies.
- Experience in change management, Colleague experience/ experience management, preferably within a P&C function.
