PMO Officer

Summary: The PMO Analyst role focuses on supporting a significant digital transformation program within the Customer Ecosystem workstream. The position requires strong PMO governance, reporting, and delivery coordination to ensure successful project execution. The role is hybrid, based in Coventry, and is contracted inside IR35 for a duration of six months. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex transformation programs and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RAID logs, reporting, project plans, and financial tracking
• Support resource planning, supplier documentation, and delivery teams
• Coordinate workshops, stakeholders, and programme activities

• Support the Customer Ecosystem with system options assessment

Key Skills:

• Experience as PMO within complex transformation programmes
• Strong experience working in waterfall environment
• Strong stakeholder management (incl. C-suite)
• Any regulated industry experience would be beneficial

My client is currently looking for an experienced PMO to support a large digital transformation programme within their Customer Ecosystem workstream, ensuring strong PMO governance, reporting, and delivery coordination across the programme.
