Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce standards for RAID management, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are well-managed.
- Coach Project Managers on best practices and methodologies, ensuring compliance and quality throughout project lifecycles.
- Contribute to the development of Investment Committee papers and create accurate, timely programme reports.
- Oversee multiple projects, conducting audits and sharing lessons learned to continuously improve practices.
- Coordinate Programme Governance Forums, ensuring effective communication and action tracking.
- Champion financial forecasting and reporting accuracy.
- Validate and challenge data submissions to governance forums.
- Facilitate internal meetings, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive project success.

- Strong understanding of PMO processes and project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- High attention to detail with a knack for data analysis and report preparation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with resilience in managing shifting priorities.
