Summary: The PMO Manager role involves overseeing the PMO function for a complex SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM implementation programme, focusing on governance, planning, and cross-workstream coordination. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the PMO function for a complex, multi-region SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM implementation programme.
  • Own and manage programme governance structures, including steering committee materials, reporting cycles, KPIs, and status dashboards.
  • Maintain and continuously improve programme controls: integrated planning, RAID logs, risk mitigation strategies, dependency management, quality gates, and change control.
  • Coordinate activities across technical, functional, data, testing, and business readiness streams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working as a PMO Manager on at least two full-life cycle SAP programmes.
  • Direct involvement in programmes that included the end-to-end implementation of SAP EWM.
  • Proven experience in large-scale, diverse global business environments (multi-site, multi-country, multi-language).
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise PMO standards, methodologies, governance frameworks, and tooling.
  • Demonstrable experience building PMO structures, reporting packs, and governance forums from the ground up.
  • Proficiency with common PMO toolsets (eg, MS Project, RAID tools, Smartsheet, JIRA, Power BI).

PMO Manager - Hybrid working - Outside IR35. We are seeking a skilled and experienced PMO Manager with a strong SAP delivery background to support the programme governance, planning, RAID management, reporting, and cross-workstream coordination. This is a key role within a high-visibility transformation, working closely with the Programme Director, SAP functional leads, system integrators, and business stakeholders.
