Summary: The PMO Manager - Digital & Transformation role involves overseeing quality, governance, and delivery across a digital portfolio of projects within a pioneering organization. The position requires collaboration with Project Managers to ensure adherence to best practices and effective tracking of deliverables and budgets. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, requiring a minimum of two days on-site each week. Candidates should possess strong PMO experience and project governance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality, governance, and delivery across the digital portfolio of projects.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to best practices and appropriate processes.
  • Provide insights to Project Managers regarding the wider portfolio.
  • Establish proper governance and champion project management tools.
  • Maintain portfolio logs, budget setting, tracking, and resource planning.

  • Previous experience as a PMO Manager.
