Summary: The PMO Manager - Digital & Transformation role involves overseeing quality, governance, and delivery across a digital portfolio of projects within a pioneering organization. The position requires collaboration with Project Managers to ensure adherence to best practices and effective tracking of deliverables, costs, and quality. The role is based in Wetherby, UK, and requires a minimum of two days on-site work per week. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality, governance, and delivery across the digital portfolio of projects.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to best practices and appropriate processes for tracking deliverables, costings, and quality.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to provide insights on the wider portfolio and immediate focus areas.
  • Establish proper governance and champion the use of various project management tools.
  • Maintain proper portfolio logs, budget setting, tracking, and resource planning.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience as a PMO Manager.
  • Understanding of best practice tools and management.
  • Excellent partnership and stakeholder skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of project governance.
