Summary: The PMO Lead role in Woking, UK, involves overseeing a key POS programme within a dynamic environment, focusing on governance, reporting, and coordination across various workstreams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PMO activities across a complex transformation programme
- Maintain integrated plans, reporting, and key governance documentation
- Track progress, dependencies, and milestones across workstreams
- Produce clear and accurate reporting for senior stakeholders
- Support stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
- Ensure effective use of Monday.com for planning, tracking, and reporting
- Manage and support one junior PMO team member (tasking, oversight, development)
- Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and delivery standards
Key Skills:
- Proven PMO experience within complex programmes or transformation environments
- Strong experience in POS (Point of Sale) or similar retail/transaction-based projects
- Must have strong, hands-on experience using Monday.com
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior-level engagement
- Experience producing high-quality reporting and governance outputs
- Previous experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Strong organisation, communication, and coordination skills
