Summary: The PMO Lead role at a prestigious international Private Higher Education organization involves overseeing various initiatives and supporting the rollout of a new CRM system (JDE) during a period of transformational change. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing established PMO frameworks while introducing enhancements and best practices to governance and project execution.

  • Coordinating and maintaining project documentation, such as risk registers, action plans, status reports, and the Change Request dashboard.

  • Proven experience as a PMO Lead ideally in an international organisation or technology heavy implementations such as CRM rollouts.
  • Familiarity with managing project reporting tools and Advanced Excel skills (eg, pivot tables) for data consolidation and analysis.
  • Ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on delivering results under tight timeframes.

Robert Half is recruiting a PMO Lead for a six month contract within a prestigious international, Private Higher Education organisation, currently undergoing transformational change.

*This Role is Inside IR35*

ROLE: PMO Lead

LENGTH: 6 months initial contract

LOCATION: Hybrid - UK Based

PAY: Day rate, Depending on experience, Inside IR35

The Role

You will be overseeing a number of initiatives as the PMO lead, whilst also supporting the ongoing roll out of a new CRM system (JDE). The successful PMO Lead will also play a key role in embedding the established governance procedures whilst having the opportunity to make continuous improvement suggestions.
