Summary: The PMO Lead for Strategic Accounts is a contract role focused on managing and enhancing Amber Labs' largest public sector partnership. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including meeting cadence, reporting packs, and action tracking.
  • Produce insight-led reporting by customer group, highlighting pipeline progress, risks, and blockers.
  • Ensure alignment across commercial, delivery, and operational data, reconciling revenue, utilisation, and demand metrics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards providing visibility of pipeline health, conversion rates, and resourcing gaps.
  • Track demand through structured processes, ensuring ownership and progression of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Talent, and Finance to ensure accuracy across systems.
  • Coordinate across internal and client teams to ensure structured and reliable information flow.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Support the creation of scalable governance frameworks for wider strategic accounts.
  • Monitor SoW progress, delays, and risks with the Strategic Account Lead and Commercial teams.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organised, analytical, and commercially aware PMO Lead to support the effective management and growth of Amber Labs’ largest public sector partnership on a contract basis. Reporting to the Strategic Account Lead (Account Director) and working closely with the Account Manager, Delivery, and Operations teams, the PMO Lead will drive governance, reporting, and data integrity across a complex portfolio of client and partner engagements. This role will play a key part in enhancing how Amber Labs manages strategic demand through Capgemini and end-customer relationships — shifting from reactive processes to proactive, data-driven account control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Governance & Delivery Oversight
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including meeting cadence, reporting packs, and action tracking (weekly, monthly, executive).
  • Produce insight-led reporting by customer group, highlighting pipeline progress, risks, and blockers.
  • Ensure alignment across commercial, delivery, and operational data, reconciling revenue, utilisation, and demand metrics.
  • Data, Reporting & Insight
  • Build and maintain dashboards providing visibility of pipeline health, conversion rates, and resourcing gaps.
