Summary: Whitebridge is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to join a long-term programme for their client. The role requires familiarity with structured project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will have a strong technical knowledge and excellent organizational skills, with a commitment to starting as soon as possible. The position is hybrid, requiring up to two days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with structured project management methodologies and understanding of the end-to-end project delivery life cycle.
- Track a high number of projects simultaneously.
- Manage key project processes including status reporting, budgeting, planning, risk management, and change management.
- Plan effectively for self and junior staff.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of processes, tools, and techniques.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project proficiently.
- Manage workload and that of junior staff effectively.
- Communicate effectively in both written and oral forms.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Skills:
- Qualified to practitioner level (Prince II, PMP or equivalent).
- Background in programme or portfolio management.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.

- Qualified to practitioner level (Prince II, PMP or equivalent) with a background of programme or portfolio management.
- Be able to effectively and accurately track a high number of projects simultaneously.
- Have a good working knowledge of key project processes, including status reporting, budgeting and estimating, planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, quality gates and change management.
- Excellent time management skills; able to effectively plans own and others time.
- Demonstrate a strong technical knowledge encompassing processes, tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent personal effectiveness, managing own workload and that of junior staff.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
