Summary: The PMO Lead role is focused on overseeing PMO activities within the Claims & Repair workstream of a significant transformation initiative, managing a budget of approximately £17 million for 2026. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all PMO activity for Pillar
  • Manage and support the four Project Managers within the pillar
  • Own integrated planning for the pillar
  • Own RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
  • Own resource planning and consolidated reporting
  • Align governance across the ACF and IMO frameworks
  • Manage complexity across multiple delivery streams

Key Skills:

  • Integration programme experience
  • Experience in large-scale change environments, preferably with budgets of £20m+
  • Ability to start quickly and operate independently
  • Strong PMO fundamentals, including planning, RAID, resource management, governance, and reporting
  • Insurance or Financial Services experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with PPM tools; Planview is desirable but not essential
  • GI claims or operational transformation background, and familiarity with Guidewire is a nice to have

Key responsibilities involve leading all PMO activities for this pillar, including owning integrated planning, RAID management, resource planning, and reporting. The role requires managing and supporting four Project Managers, while aligning governance and managing complexity across multiple delivery streams
