Summary: The PMO Lead role at a leading telecommunications organization involves overseeing a major digital transformation program within the Organisation Effectiveness function. The position focuses on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and PMO oversight, requiring strong analytical skills and stakeholder engagement. The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days a week in the office, and is initially set until March 31, 2026, with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will have proven experience in similar environments and a strong capability in data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee PMO functions for a major digital transformation program.
- Support strategic workforce planning and organizational design.
- Manage headcount modeling and program-wide PMO oversight.
- Engage with stakeholders including Finance Business Partners and senior business stakeholders.
- Utilize analytical skills for data modeling, reporting, and resource management.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a PMO Lead or Senior PMO Analyst.
- Strong analytical capability with comfort in working with numbers and data.
- Experience in supporting strategic roadmaps and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly competent in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience preferred.
- Telecommunications experience is highly desirable.
Salary (Rate): £525.00/daily

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PMO Lead or Senior PMO Analyst , ideally within large-scale organisational or digital transformation environments.
- Strong analytical capability , comfortable working with numbers, data, modelling, reporting and resource management
- Experience supporting strategic roadmaps, organisational transitions, and operational efficiency initiatives .
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills , able to work with Finance Business Partners, People Analytics teams, and senior business stakeholders.
- Highly competent with Excel and PowerPoint, with Power BI experience preferred.
- Telecommunications experience is highly desirable.
