Job Responsibilities/Objectives

Responsible for the definition, planning and management of change initiatives. This includes implementation of operational and technology solutions, ensuring the impact of them on the organisation is fully assessed and understood Expected to mitigate risks of delivering major change within the organisation, and responsible for ensuring that the needs of customers and colleagues are met.
