Summary: The role of PMO within a leading financial services business requires a candidate with extensive experience in the financial services sector, particularly in KYC, AML, and CDD projects. The position involves managing governance and promoting best practices within project management, while utilizing advanced Excel skills. The contract is initially for six months with potential for extension, and the role offers a hybrid working arrangement. The candidate must have a strong background in banking and project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the PMO function for specific projects within the EPM Portfolio, ensuring best practices in governance, reporting, planning, and support services.
• Draft governance documentation and other project documents as required.
• Develop reporting materials and provide insights to senior management on project progress.
• Regularly deliver reports into formal governance forums.
• Update the RAID Log and Actions Log based on stakeholder follow-ups.
• Maintain the project's communication strategy, including distribution and meeting attendee lists.
• Coordinate Project Working Groups, Boards, Steering Committees, and other governance forums.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage stakeholder engagement processes.

Key Skills:

• Prior experience in banking and/or as a PMO.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High level of personal responsibility and professionalism.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Project management accreditation (Desirable).
• Knowledge of corporate banking products and processes (Desirable).
• Familiarity with Jira, Monday.com, and Confluence systems (Desirable).
