Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Programme and Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Head of IT Business Programmes by coordinating IT PMO information.
- Act as a reference point for PMO queries and advocate for best practices in project management.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to create, update, and maintain forecasts.
- Review and monitor forecasts and related expenditure, engaging finance teams for monthly reviews.
- Document, define, and maintain IT finance procedures while observing ISO:27001 best practices.
Key Skills:
- Experience in project financial management or as a PMO Coordinator.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong commitment to quality and ability to produce documentation within identified standards.
- Strong organizational skills to plan, organize, and set priorities.
- Expertise in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel, MS SharePoint, and MS Project.
- Experience in producing and maintaining project risk, issues, and change requests.
