Summary: The role of PMO / Program Management Officer involves leading global digital pricing initiatives within a digital transformation framework. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as PMO lead for global digital pricing initiatives, supporting program governance, planning, and execution
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of project resources (Project Managers, Deployment Leads, etc.)
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, including Steering Committees, QBRs, status updates, risk analysis, and recommendations.
  • Maintain and continuously improve deployment methodologies, PMO frameworks, and best practices
  • Define, track and optimize KPIs, performance metrics, risk models, and balanced scorecards
  • Manage lessons learned processes and drive continuous improvement action plans
  • Support resource planning and optimization across global deployment activities
  • Own and maintain PMO documentation, standards, and methodology portals
  • Work closely with global transformation programs to ensure alignment with corporate standards and ways of working

Key Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in PMO / Project or Program Management within complex, international environments
  • Strong experience in governance, reporting, methodologies, and process definition
  • Background in digital transformation, IT tools, or enterprise deployments is a plus
  • PMP or similar certification is desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across seniority levels
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Experience with Jira, Agile frameworks, portfolio management and governance

We are looking for an experienced PMO / Program Management Officer to join a global digital transformation initiative focused on Digital Pricing standards, methodologies, and deployments.

This position plays a key coordination and governance role, supporting large-scale global programs, ensuring consistency of methodologies, processes, reporting, and execution excellence across multiple countries and stakeholders.
