Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a large-scale organizational change program involving TUPE transfers and workforce transition planning.
  • Operate within complex, multi-stakeholder environments to support program governance.
  • Manage sensitive people change initiatives with discretion and accuracy.
  • Coordinate governance, reporting, RAID management, and program controls.
  • Engage with stakeholders effectively and communicate clearly throughout the program.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in a PMO coordinator role on transformation or complex organizational change programs.
  • Direct exposure to TUPE transfers, employee consultation, or workforce transition projects.
  • Background supporting HR, People Transformation, or Employee Relations programs.
  • Ability to navigate sensitive people change environments.
  • Solid understanding of governance and program controls.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving change programs.

Salary (Rate): £500.00/daily

Your new role

We are looking for an experienced PMO professional to support a large scale organisational change programme involving TUPE transfers, employee consultation activity, and workforce transition planning. The ideal contractor will have strong experience operating within complex, mufti stakeholder environments and supporting programme governance throughout sensitive people change initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong experience in a PMO coordinator role on transformation or complex organisational change programmes
  • Direct exposure to TUPE transfers, employee consultation, or workforce transition projects
  • Background supporting HR, People Transformation, or Employee Relations programmes
  • Ability to navigate sensitive people change environments with discretion and accuracy
  • Solid understanding of governance, reporting, RAID management, and programme controls
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast moving change programmes with multiple moving parts
