  • Leading on collating reporting across workstreams for executive reporting.
  • Supporting ad-hoc requests from the Programme Executive.

We are currently seeking an experienced PMO Consultant to join one of our teams in the financial services sector, delivering the following:

  • Governance: pack production, meeting logistics
  • RAID's: updating and maintaining the RAID's log in JIRA
  • Planning: tracking the plan through JIRA, producing plans on a page
  • Budgeting: capturing resource requirements, populating into the resourcing tool, capturing works orders and tracking costs
  • Reporting: leading on collating the reporting across workstreams to support Exec. reporting
  • Adhoc: supporting adhoc requests from the Programme Executive
