Summary: The role of PMO / Change Manager at Assystem focuses on managing change within a major infrastructure programme, ensuring that scope, cost, schedule, and risk are effectively controlled. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and operate the Change Management process and Investment Change Committee (ICC) governance.
- Act as the central point of contact for change management across the programme.
- Coordinate baseline changes across cost, schedule, and risk in line with approved changes.
- Support governance routines, reporting cycles, and monthly baseline & change outputs.
- Advise Project Managers, Change Owners, and supply chain partners on change control processes.
- Review and assure the quality of change proposals and facilitate change requests with delivery teams.
- Support and facilitate ICC meetings.
- Provide training and guidance on change management processes and tools.
Key Skills:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in project, programme, controls, or commercial management.
- Strong knowledge of change control, baseline management, and project governance.
- Understanding of WBS, CBS, and project controls processes within a regulated environment.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to work effectively across complex organisations.
- Desirable: Experience on major infrastructure or large-scale construction programmes.
- Practical knowledge of project controls tools and programme management software.
- Understanding of standard forms of contract and change workflows.
- Membership of a relevant professional institution.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the effective control of scope, cost, schedule, and risk across a major infrastructure programme. Reporting to the Baseline & Change Lead, the role sits within the Programme Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for ensuring that approved changes are governed, implemented, and aligned to agreed baselines.
