Summary: The PMO Analyst role focuses on supporting the Project Manager in the planning, tracking, and governance of Unit4 ERP delivery engagements. The position requires ownership of PMO hygiene tasks, including status reports, RAID logs, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong emphasis on project coordination and ERP program exposure. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in IT project coordination or PMO roles, with a preference for familiarity with Unit4/Agresso. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers
- Compile weekly/monthly status reports with RAG indicators
- Manage RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and chase owners for closure
- Coordinate steering committees, design workshops, and UAT sessions - agendas, minutes, action items
- Track effort, timesheets, burn rate, and budget consumption, flag variances
- Support resource onboarding/offboarding and access management
- Maintain document repositories (SharePoint, Confluence) - version control, naming standards
- Assist in change request documentation and impact assessment
- Prepare slides and dashboards for client and internal leadership reviews
- Liaise with Finance for invoicing milestones and revenue tracking
