Summary: The PMO Analyst role is a six-month contract position requiring a British Citizen or someone with Indefinite Leave in the UK. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain project governance standards, ensuring consistent tracking of milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables.
  • Create and manage dashboards and status reports using tools like KeyedIn, Power BI, and Excel; provide insights through SLA/KPI tracking and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate on-boarding/off-boarding and maintain resource allocation schedules.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on PMO processes and tools.
  • Maintain programme logs, coordinate mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution while ensuring compliance at a project level.
  • Own and update the programme/project plans where necessary, ensuring high standards are maintained by Project Managers.
  • Extensive knowledge and demonstrable experience of using KeyedIn preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in project governance and control.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, particularly KeyedIn, Power BI, and Excel.

PMO Analyst - Six month contract - start end of October is essential

Must be a British Citizen or have Indefinite Leave in the UK

INSIDE IR35 - Up to £500 per day through an umbrella

Hybrid working - two days a week in Stevenage

Main responsibilities below:

1) Governance & Control: Implement and maintain project governance standards, ensuring consistent tracking of milestones, risks, actions and deliverables.

2) Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage dashboards and status reports using tools like KeyedIn, Power BI and Excel. Provide insights through SLA/KPI tracking and variance analysis.

3) Resource Management: Coordinate on-boarding/off-boarding and maintain resource allocation schedules.

4) Quality Management: Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on PMO processes and tools.

5) Risk & Issue Management: Maintain programme logs, coordinate mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution and ensure that Project Managers are compliant at a project level.

6) Delivery Oversight: Own and update the programme/project plans where necessary whilst ensuring that plans are maintained by Project Managers to a high standard (eg, KeyedIn, Excel).

7) Extensive knowledge and demonstrable experience of using KeyedIn preferred
