Summary: The PMO Analyst role at Pigment involves supporting a strategic transformation programme within a complex defence environment. The position requires active SC-Level Clearance and entails maintaining governance, managing documentation, and coordinating stakeholder engagement. The role is on-site three times a week and is classified as inside IR35. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain programme governance and reporting.
  • Manage RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs and programme documentation.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, workshops and steering groups, including agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Track programme milestones, deliverables and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Support planning activities and maintain programme schedules.
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement activities and workshop coordination.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years' experience working within a PMO.
  • Experience supporting large transformation or change programmes.
  • Experience producing executive-level reporting and management information.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience within central government or defence (the latter is preferred).
  • Experience supporting procurement, commercial or business case development programmes (desired).
  • Understanding of programme assurance and governance frameworks (desired).

We are currently seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join a high-profile strategic transformation programme within a complex defence environment.

Please note that due to project sensitivities, our PMO Analyst must have active and valid SC-Level Clearance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain programme governance and reporting.
