Summary: The PMO Analyst/Coordinator role involves providing project support and administration for a telephony rollout project within a leading financial services client in Warwickshire. The position requires strong project management skills and offers a hybrid working arrangement, with one day per week onsite. Candidates with relevant financial services experience will be prioritized. The role is classified as inside IR35 and is for a duration of six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st Line assurance
- Supporting the production of monthly reporting
- Supporting the maintenance and monitoring of risks, issues, and dependencies
- Supporting the control and management of finances and resources
- Supporting the management of the project plans
- Any other aspects of the PMO Analyst role as required
Key Skills:
- Strong project support and administration skills
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Proven experience in project management

An accomplished, Midlands based PMO Analyst/Project Coordinator with strong project support and administration skills, is required to work on an exciting telephony roll out project, for our leading financial services client in Warwickshire.

- Deliverable 1: Providing 1st Line assurance
- Deliverable 2: Supporting the production of monthly reporting
- Deliverable 3: Supporting the maintenance and monitoring of risks, issues and dependencies
- Deliverable 4: Supporting the control and management of finances and resources
- Deliverable 5: Supporting the management of the project plans
- Deliverable 6: Any other aspects of the PMO Analyst role as required
Financial services industry experience is preferred.
