Summary: The PMO Analyst role focuses on managing and analyzing complex program and project plans within the banking and fintech sectors. The position requires the production of high-quality management information reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making. The analyst will also serve as a subject matter expert for PMO tools and maintain governance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and analyse complex programme and project plans, setting and maintaining planning standards across the change community
- Produce high-quality MI reports, dashboards, and metrics to support programme and project-level decision-making
- Act as an SME for PMO tools, providing guidance and ensuring effective usage across portfolios and large change initiatives
- Review and challenge change control, impact assessments, and financial forecasts to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintain and govern RAID logs and programme-level reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, supporting escalation, governance, and effective delivery in a regulated environment
