Summary: An accomplished PMO Analyst is needed for a network telephony roll-out project with a leading financial services client in Warwickshire. The role requires strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, including MSP, and involves various project management tasks such as communication, meeting arrangements, and documentation preparation. The position offers hybrid working arrangements, requiring one day a week on-site. The contract duration is a minimum of six months and falls inside IR35 via an umbrella company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sending out communications as per the user journey using Poppulo
- Arranging meetings and sending out calendar invites for deployment meetings
- Preparing and checking workbooks for Ring Central
- Preparing transition plans for go live
- Action and task tracking
- Preparing day 1 setup documents for each agency
Key Skills:
- Proven strong experience as a PMO Analyst
- Financial Services experience
- Microsoft Office Skills (Excel etc.) including MSP
- Experience working on Network/Telephony roll-out projects
- Strong Communication Skills
- Attention To Detail
- Pro-activeness and willingness to work as part of a busy team
