Summary: The PMO Analyst (Monday.com Specialist) role involves supporting governance in a major infrastructure modernization program within a leading global bank. The position requires strong expertise in Monday.com to manage boards, dashboards, and reporting, while collaborating closely with the PMO Lead. This contract role is hybrid, based in Birmingham or Sheffield, and is expected to last for an initial six months with potential extension until 2028.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the PMO Lead with day-to-day programme governance.
  • Owning and maintaining Monday.com boards, dashboards and reporting.
  • Producing high-quality SteerCo packs, governance reporting and executive updates.
  • Managing programme RAID logs, actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Chasing Programme Managers and workstream leads to ensure reporting is completed on time.
  • Improving governance processes and programme reporting.
  • Helping maximise the use of Monday.com by introducing dashboards, reporting, automations and other platform capabilities.
  • Delivering show-and-tell sessions and supporting workstream leads in getting the most from Monday.com.

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com - this is the key requirement.
  • Previous PMO Analyst / PMO experience.
  • Experience building and maintaining Monday.com boards, dashboards, workflows and reporting.
  • Strong governance, reporting and organisational skills.
  • Experience producing SteerCo packs and executive-level reporting.
  • Good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, organised and able to improve ways of working rather than simply follow existing processes.
  • Experience delivering user training or workshops would be advantageous.
  • Infrastructure or enterprise technology programme experience would be beneficial but is not required.

Salary (Rate): £425 per day

PMO Analyst ( Monday . com Specialist)£400-£425 per day - inside IR35 / umbrella 6 Month initial contract (with potential to run on to 2028)Hybrid - Birmingham OR Sheffield (2 days per week)Are you a PMO professional who knows Monday . com inside out?We're looking for a PMO Analyst with strong Monday . com expertise to join a major infrastructure modernisation programme within a leading global bank on a contract basis. Working closely with the PMO Lead, you'll support governance across a large-scale technology transformation programme while becoming the team's go-to person for Monday . com. This is an opportunity to join a long-term programme at an early stage and help shape how the team uses the platform.
