Summary: The PMO Analyst role focuses on supporting a large-scale, company-wide programme in the Insurance Industry, with an emphasis on maintaining governance structures and tracking programme progress. The position requires collaboration with Programme Managers and workstream leads to ensure efficient project tracking and reporting. Candidates should have experience in non-IT Business Change projects and be detail-oriented to manage data accurately. This is a 6-month initial contract with potential extension to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a large-scale, company-wide programme by maintaining governance structures.
- Track programme progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Programme Managers and workstream leads for efficient project tracking and reporting.
- Work on getting the client investor ready.
- Manage large volumes of data accurately with strong attention to detail.
- Engage in stakeholder management and communication.
- Utilize project management tools, particularly Monday.com or similar platforms.
- Work independently while supporting broader programme objectives.
- Contribute to multiple Business Change projects across various domains such as HR, Finance, and Operational Design.
