Summary: The PMO Analyst role at DWP involves supporting the PMO Lead in managing and reporting on the overall programme deliverables related to Facilities Management. The position requires a blend of project management and data analysis skills, with a focus on asset management processes. The contract is for 6 months and is classified as inside IR35, with a hybrid working arrangement based in various DWP hubs. The role is crucial during the mobilisation phase of a new Total Facilities Management contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Lead PMO in reporting, programming & administering the overall programme deliverables.
• Utilising MS Project for programming tasks, ensuring accurate scheduling, resource allocation & tracking of project milestones.
• Acting as the PMO Analyst for the Asset Validation exercise - managing processes, analysing & reporting on programme information.
• Producing management reports on progress & health of projects, status of milestones & deliverables.
• Reporting on & assisting with the management of the Asset Management Risk Register.
• Working with PMO Lead & the Asset Strategy Manager in developing & implementing the new work order process.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrable PMO experience & experience of data analytics, interpretation of data & reporting anomalies, trends & improvements.
• Report writing experience.
• Strong MS Office skills - including Excel, Visio & MS Project.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• An understanding of Asset Management principles/practices - desirable.
