Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe all learning content from Data Week 2024 and Data Week 2025, including presentations, workshops, and speaker sessions.
  • Compile and format transcribed materials into accessible learning resources.
  • Ensure all materials are uploaded and maintained on the Practice SharePoint site for learner access.
  • Organise and categorise learning materials to support easy navigation and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to ensure content aligns with learning objectives and accessibility standards.
  • Assist the Practice Manager in planning and coordinating Data Week and other practice-led activities.
  • Support logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement for learning events.
  • Maintain records of attendance, feedback, and engagement metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the transcription and publishing process.
  • Contribute to the development of templates, guides, and best practices for learning content management.

Role Purpose:

The Practice Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the delivery and documentation of learning and development activities within the CDIO Chief Data Office. This role is primarily responsible for transcribing, compiling, and publishing learning materials from Data Week events, and assisting in the planning and coordination of future practice activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Transcription & Documentation
o Transcribe all learning content from Data Week 2024 and Data Week 2025, including presentations, workshops, and speaker sessions.
o Compile and format transcribed materials into accessible learning resources.
o Ensure all materials are uploaded and maintained on the Practice SharePoint site for learner access.

Content Management

o Proficient in Word (for transcription and formatting), PowerPoint (for presentation materials), and Excel (for tracking and reporting).
. Microsoft Teams
