Summary: The PMO Analyst plays a vital role in the project management cycle and operational management within the Digital contract area. This position involves supporting engagements and leading functions across Digital while ensuring effective governance, stakeholder management, and adherence to standards. The successful candidate will analyze data to guide decision-making and improve service offerings. Strong PMO experience and financial acumen are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support one or more engagements and lead functions across Digital.
- Ensure effective governance for project management and operational compliance.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate across multiple groups.
- Analyze data and project information to identify issues and trends.
- Complete detailed financial analysis and manage budget trackers.
- Utilize PMO tools and processes, including TIPTOP and SS reports.
- Set up engagements, add risks, and review financial data in E-monitoring.
Key Skills:
- Strong PMO background and understanding of month-end processes.
- Financial acumen and ability to conduct detailed analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PMO tooling and project management software.
