Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain programme dashboards covering delivery status, risks, and trends

- Administer and structure Microsoft SharePoint for effective document management
- Support governance processes including reporting cycles, RAID logs, and audit requirements
- Work closely with delivery leads to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting inputs

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required
- Proven experience in a PMO / programme support role within structured delivery environments
- Strong dashboarding and reporting capability (Excel essential, Power BI beneficial)
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Experience supporting financial tracking within projects or programmes
- Experience managing documentation and governance processes
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint
