Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting project management and operational management within the Digital contract area, working closely with Engagement Managers and the Senior Leadership Team. The position requires strong stakeholder management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to analyze data to guide decision-making. The successful candidate will ensure governance, efficiency, and compliance in project execution while proactively seeking improvements. This role is critical for maintaining project timelines and budgets across multiple engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support one or more engagements and lead functions or activities across Digital.
- Implement governance for effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance in project management.
- Analyze data and project information to identify issues, trends, and opportunities.
- Manage competing deadlines and requirements effectively.
- Utilize PMO tools and processes, including TIPTOP and E-monitoring.
- Create and maintain budget trackers and financial reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple groups.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

- Strong PMO background and understanding of month-end processes.
