PMO Analyst

Whitebridge is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support the development and enhancement of a critical cyber security management capability within a leading organisation.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience working in a Project, Programme or Portfolio Management Office environment.
• Supporting IT delivery - ideally with Cyber Security initiatives
• Good understanding of project delivery lifecycles, governance frameworks
• Strong knowledge of core PMO processes, including status reporting, planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, change control and financial tracking.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint; experience with Microsoft Project or similar planning tools would be beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work to tight deadlines and maintain accuracy in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow up actions and engage effectively with delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently while escalating issues appropriately.

The role will be a mix of home and occasional office visits and will be umbrella based working.
