Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting a retail client's project aimed at enhancing stock management capabilities through the rollout of a Demand Forecasting model. The position requires managing project controls, stakeholder relationships, and providing regular status updates. The contract is for six months and operates in a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities:

  • The rollout of the Demand Forecasting Data-Driven Sales Forecast rollout (planned for 2025)
  • Shaping of enhanced model capabilities in Q1 2025.
  • Management of outcome sprints, including development of methods alongside other 360 Availability squads
  • Management of project controls related to the above including risks, issues, dependencies, finances, stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide regular status reporting and alignment with other Stock Management work streams.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in business change projects that have had a technical or data element
  • Stakeholder management
  • Inventory management/Demand planning (advantageous)
  • Retail (advantageous)
