Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting workforce planning and change management activities within transformation programs in financial services. The position requires coordination of resources, stakeholder engagement, and communication management to facilitate project objectives. The role is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring three days on-site each week. The contract is set to last until November 30, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support workforce planning, scheduling, and allocation aligned with project and business needs
- Track resource utilization, availability, and capacity planning
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and resource transitions
- Maintain workforce data in systems (eg, Replicon, HR tools, scheduling platforms)
- Monitor timesheet compliance and follow up with employees for timely submissions
- Generate reports on staffing, utilization, and workforce trends
- Identify gaps in resource allocation and highlight risks proactively
- Act as a liaison between business teams, project managers and operations
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates and insights
- Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance calls, and reviews
- Track action items, risks, and dependencies across teams
- Ensure alignment between multiple stakeholders on deliverables and timelines
- Support escalation management and resolution tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and manage internal communication plans and updates
- Draft emails, reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and teams
- Ensure consistent messaging across departments and stakeholders
- Coordinate communication for workforce changes, process updates, and announcements
- Maintain communication logs, trackers, and documentation

Associate aligned to the Workforce and Organisation capability which includes business change and communications experience working in transformation programmed in both financial services.
Experience developing and delivering change management activities across training, communications and engagement with stakeholders to reduce barriers to change and facilitate the delivery of core objectives.
