Summary: The PMO Analyst at CereCore will play a crucial role in the Delivery Team for an EHR replacement programme, coordinating project work and supporting Project Managers in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, tracking project progress, and assisting in risk management. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with experience in project management. This is a hybrid position based in London, UK, with occasional travel to the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with the project manager to develop project plans and schedules, and to track work and status related to the programme.
  • Supports project managers in their development of schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall project plans.
  • Develops and maintains project plans in Microsoft Project, including the breakdown of project work into manageable groups.
  • Works with project manager to develop project charters and ensures deliverables are produced and approved.
  • Stores documents and deliverables in appropriate repository.
  • Tracks risks and issues, maintaining logs and reporting their status.
  • Supports tracking of project dependencies and critical path items.
  • Monitors overall project progress and updates plans and status reports accordingly.
  • Writes and distributes project status reports on required schedules.
  • Participates in project post-closure reviews and creates lessons learned documents.
  • Completes project closure documentation and updates relevant tools and repositories.
  • Supports project managers with meeting preparation and project-related communications.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities.
  • Experience in a similar position working on EPR implementation or replacement projects.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office products, including MS Project, SharePoint, MS Lists, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prince 2 or other Project Management qualification desirable.
