Summary: A leading Japanese investment bank is seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to join their Enterprise Program Management team, focusing on governance, reporting, planning, and support services within financial services. The role involves overseeing key programs related to systems migration in Client Lifecycle Management and KYC compliance. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and effective communication strategies. The contract is for an initial duration of 6 months with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the PMO function for specific projects within the EPM Portfolio, ensuring best practices in governance, reporting, planning, and support services.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the project.
  • Update the RAID Log and follow up on mitigating solutions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain the communication strategy of the project, including distribution lists and meeting attendee lists.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of Jira, Monday.com, and Confluence systems.
  • Experience as a PMO Analyst within financial services, particularly in KYC/CLM teams.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary (Rate): 500
