Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting a M&A project for a trading client by maintaining project documentation, moderating Agile ceremonies, and facilitating communication among project teams and stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in project management tools, with a focus on performance tracking and resource allocation. This is a contract role for an initial duration of six months, classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project documentation and dashboards.
- Create and maintain queries in Azure DevOps.
- Moderate Agile ceremonies (e.g., refinement, retrospectives, review, sprint planning), prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Track deliverables and resource allocation.
- Monitor team KPIs and compile performance dashboards.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Organize workshops and team events.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with reporting tools and data visualization.
- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus.
- Experience within the Energy Trading industry.
Salary (Rate): £700.00 daily
