Summary: A leading Asian investment bank is seeking a PMO Analyst to join their Business Change and EMEA PMO team in London. The role involves managing a high-volume portfolio of Cost Contribution Agreements across the EMEA region, supporting cross-entity projects, and ensuring governance and financial oversight. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to operate independently while overseeing a large portfolio. The contract is for an initial duration of 6 months with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of Cost Contribution Agreements (CCAs) across the EMEA region.
- Support cross-entity projects and ensure robust governance and financial oversight.
- Engage with stakeholders, including C-suite executives and project sponsors.
- Oversee contracts for cost recovery and allocation.
- Focus on quality delivery, timely execution, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, Monday.com, and Ivalua.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing cross-entity projects in financial services or investment banking.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent self-organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Familiarity with Cost Contribution Agreements and financial processes.
- Experience in cost management.
- Proficiency in relevant tools.

- Ability to operate independently with excellent self-organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Experience overseeing a large portfolio, ensuring contracts are in place for cost recovery and allocation.
- Familiarity with Cost Contribution Agreements and a solid understanding of financial processes is desirable.
- Strong focus on quality delivery, timely execution, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in cost management.
